Identify the exact lamp position

Record the vehicle’s full model, year and variant, then check which lamp the reference replaces. Confirm front or rear position and any left- or right-hand designation in the specification. A vehicle-family name or similar outer lens does not establish that the mounting points and connections match.

Separate the lamp unit from its accessories

Establish whether the purchase is a lamp unit, a mount or a replacement bulb. Check the supplied parts before assuming that bulbs, brackets or wiring are included. Browse bulbs for a specified replaceable bulb and lighting controls for listed lighting harnesses.

Can I replace a halogen headlight with an LED unit?

Choose a unit whose application and electrical requirements explicitly support the intended vehicle and arrangement. LED wording alone does not confirm a direct replacement; obtain manufacturer confirmation if the proposed change is not documented.

Are left and right headlights the same?

Check the exact reference and position stated for each unit. Do not assume that a lamp can be used on either side because the lens or connector looks similar.

Does a headlight unit include a bulb?

Use the item’s supplied-parts list to establish this. The lamp technology and product name alone do not confirm whether a separate bulb, holder or other fitting component is included.

What should I check if the lamp is not the original type?

Identify the lamp and mounting arrangement actually fitted before choosing by the vehicle’s original application. Use the wider lights category to find the relevant component, then confirm the replacement reference against that fitted assembly.

Compare the complete model, year and part number before choosing a part.
