Quad bike carburettor jet kits

Compare jet kits for the carburettor and setup fitted to your quad. Start with the exact application, then check any intake or exhaust requirements and the supplied parts. A kit name or stage number alone does not show whether it suits your machine.

Match the kit to the actual setup

Keep the vehicle make, full model and year together with the carburettor reference. Read any requirements for the airbox, air filter and exhaust before choosing. If those parts have changed, compare the kit instructions with the current setup rather than the original vehicle specification.

Check sizes and supplied parts

Read the contents for the exact kit: check which jets and sizes it supplies and whether any other components are included. If you already know the individual jet required, browse main jets or pilot jets. The wider carburettors category covers complete units and other carburettor parts.

Is a higher stage number automatically the better choice?

No. Read the kit maker’s definition for that application. Stage labels can describe different intake or exhaust configurations; choose the kit intended for your setup rather than treating the number as a general ranking.

Will one kit cover every year of the same quad model?

Check the listed years, variants and carburettor application. A shared model name is not enough to confirm that a kit covers each version.

Does a jet kit include everything for a carburettor rebuild?

Do not assume so. Check the actual contents against the parts you need. Jet selection and a carburettor rebuild are different buying tasks; use the carburettors category to find the relevant repair parts.

Can I buy just one required jet size instead?

Compare the separate main and pilot jet listings if you have a confirmed series and size. Check their pack quantity as well as the reference before choosing between a replacement pack and a kit.

Compare the complete model, year and part number before choosing a part.
