Start with the part you need
Browse fuel tanks for a complete replacement, fuel caps for cap-related items and fuel taps for taps and their listed parts. Check the item description carefully so a complete assembly is not confused with an individual component.
Check the installed tank as well as the quad
Use the vehicle make, model, year and variant, and confirm whether the tank is original or a replacement. For an aftermarket tank, keep its maker and reference to hand. Compare mounting requirements, fuel connections and the stated cap or tap application rather than choosing on appearance or capacity alone.
Will the original fuel cap fit an aftermarket tank?
Check the tank maker’s cap specification. The vehicle application alone does not confirm that the original cap fits a replacement tank.
Does a new fuel tank include its cap and tap?
Read the supplied-parts description for that tank. Confirm which cap, tap, seals and mounting fittings are included and which existing parts, if any, the maker specifies for reuse.
Can I choose a tank just by its capacity?
Capacity is only one buying detail. Match the full application and check the stated mounting and connection requirements, including any conditions for other fitted parts.
Where can I find the fuel hose and filter separately?
Use fuel lines and fuel filters. Check their dimensions and system specification against the tank connections and the vehicle’s requirements.
Compare the complete model, year and part number before choosing a part.
