Quad bike seats and seat foam
Separate a complete replacement seat from a foam-only repair. Match the vehicle and existing seat assembly, then check whether the item supplies a seat or just the cushion beneath the cover.

Choose the part of the seat you need
Foam, the outer cover and the seat base are separate components. Read the item description to establish which is supplied. Use seat covers for the outer covering and seat mounts for attachment parts; seats and parts brings the groups together.
Match the seat assembly as well as the vehicle
Record the full model, year and variant, then identify whether the fitted seat is original or a replacement. Compare the stated seat application and foam profile with the base and cover you intend to use. A similar outline in a photograph is not enough to establish a match.
Does replacement seat foam include a cover or base?
Do not assume so. A foam listing identifies the cushion; establish any additional supplied parts from its stated contents. A photograph of a finished seat does not establish that the whole assembly is included.
Can a new cover replace damaged seat foam?
The cover is the outer layer, so replacing it does not replace the cushion underneath. Check the foam and base condition before deciding which part of the seat needs attention.
Will replacement foam change the seat height or firmness?
Use the particular foam’s stated specification. The category name alone does not establish height, firmness or a comfort change, and no such effect should be assumed from appearance.
What if my quad has an aftermarket seat?
Identify the seat manufacturer and reference as well as the quad’s details. Foam intended for the original seat should not be assumed to fit a different base or seat design.
Compare the complete model, year and part number before choosing a part.
